Standard working hours are Mon – Fri. Emergency locksmiths are available after hours and on weekends. If you need a scheduled locksmith service after hours or over the weekend, we request that clients leave a set of keys and work instructions at the property during the week. Yes, all of our technicians are qualified, police-checked, licensed and hold a current working with children check.

All service work and workmanship are covered by a 12-month warranty from the completion date, with the exception of strike alignments.

Strike alignments cannot be covered under warranty due to the uncontrollable and unpredictable nature of their causes. However, we will always try to repair the problem in such a way that it will reduce the likelihood of a recurrence.

All jobs must be paid in full on completion unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept payment by cash or credit card.

If you have an appointment for a scheduled job, we will give you a window of arrival time. If you need an emergency locksmith or a mobile locksmith, we try to arrive within 30 minutes. Our locksmiths will give you a reliable time of arrival window.

Yes, we do, but this is dependent on the quality of the frame and your requirements. We have several suppliers for solid timber entrance doors to factory steel-clad exit doors. We can also supply and install appropriate locks for commercial premises, ensuring compliance with your building and fire codes.

If you lose your keys, Lockcorp can bypass your lock security without breaking it and produce keys onsite to your lock. We can also rekey your locks if your keys are lost, stolen or vulnerable and can be tied to your address. We only pick or bypass locks if we have a filled-out disclaimer form and you provide us with proof that this is your lock, and we have permission to open it. Identification, a driver’s licence, rates notice, or lease agreement should be shown to the attending locksmith before works commence.

Lockcorp service a wide range of doors and bifold doors. As Bifold doors can come out of alignment very easily, it’s not an issue that we can always solve. However, maintenance service of your Bifold doors can prevent wear and tear and prolong the life of your doors.
